FAQ's & Further Information

HOW DO I BOOK?
Click on the Book Online button at the top right hand corner of the screen and follow the prompts. A Welcome email will be sent to the email address you provided with your appointment details and full address. Within this email there is a link to a form for you to complete with personal details, emergency contact as well as my privacy and cancellations policy. I would greatly appreciate you fill this in prior to your session. OR simply call/text me on.                              and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

CAN I CLAIM MY PHYSIOTHERAPY AND/OR PILATES SESSIONS THROUGH MY PRIVATE HEALTH FUND?
YES! Your appointments can be claimed through your private health insurer. At this stage I do not have a system set up for you to claim on the spot and therefore require payment in full for your session. I will provide you with a receipt detailing the information you require to claim from your private health fund. Claims can be made through your health fund App or email to your health fund for reimbursement. Please ask me for any clarification or assistance with making your claim.

CAN I CLAIM MY PHYSIOTHERAPY SESSIONS THROUGH MEDICARE?
YES! You will require an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plan from your GP and be eligible for this under the chronic management scheme. You will be required to pay only the gap. I can organise the remainder of the Medicare Payment to be paid directly to me. Please contact me for further information,  prior to visiting your GP, especially if you have not had an EPC before, as your GP needs to clearly state my name and/or business name for this claim to be valid as a Medicare claim specifically to me.

CAN I BRING MY BABY TO MY PHYSIOTHERAPY/PILATES SESSION?
YES ABSOLUTELY! I encourage it. I know how what life is like! I know how hard it is to find care for your little one that suits you. And you may even want your little one with you to breast feed for example. I want you to feel completely at ease to bring your baby and care for them as you both need to though out each and every session. Toys and a bassinet can be provided!

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please wear comfortable clothing which you are able to exercise in as well as a pair of socks for Pilates sessions. Please also bring a small towel.

ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?
YES! I am fully insured for your physiotherapy treatment and Pilates sessions and am also of course registered with AHPRA.

HYDRATION
I will provide unlimited filtered water for your sessions but please bring a water bottle in the warmer months  (even if empty for me to fill) so you always have plenty at hand.
